Shipping cost
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. We will file claims for those that are insured. Please contact us directly to initiate a claim.
Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. OLIMEX is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra import charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. Please consult with your local import customs authorities about the import duties and taxes you have to pay before ordering.
If your package is en route to an incorrect address, or returned back due to incorrect address provided by the customer, we can send again, but customer have to pay new shipping and all associated fees with the return shipping.
For EU customers: Note that we are not allowed to ship VAT
free by AIRMAIL for more info click

Note: average delivery time by AIRMAIL to USA in December 2011 is about
8 weeks - parcels shipped in December were delivered end of February. If you
want to order from USA with AIRMAIL shipping option please do not send us e-mail
asking where is your parcel earlier than 8 weeks from the date of the shipment.
The shipping time may have improved since then but we do not recommend to our
US customers to use AIRMAIL as shipping option.

If you have account with DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX we can ship on your account, but in this case when your order is ready to ship we will inform you and you have to organize the pickup with your transport company by yourself.
