MOD-IO2 hardware revision D (released)

1. Changed white print to reflect firmware better:
	PD2	->	GPIO6
	PD3	->	GPIO5
	PC0	->	GPIO4
	PC7	->	GPIO3
	PC6	->	GPIO2
	PC5	->	GPIO1
	PC4	->	GPIO0

2. Moved some GND viases to make the white print easier to read.
3. PGM commector (PD1) value changed to HN1x2 from NA, since it is needed to change I2C address.

MOD-IO2 hardware revision C (unreleased)

1. Board re-made in KiCad.
2. PIC16 chip changed with CH32V003.
3. LDO now LD1117AG-33-AA3-A-R.
4. ICSP is no longer needed so it is replaced by CON4 pin hole header with lefotver GPIO from the new CH32V003 chip.
