Title: Connection of 2 boards via uext connector
Post by: BorisPoku on July 18, 2013, 10:05:46 AM
Hi,

I need to connect to boards (to send/receive data between 2 boards). I think about UEXT connector (i2c /spi or uart). I'm talking about LPC2378-STK and MOD-LCD4.3'' boards. Is it possible to do such solution? What is about 3v that in both pins in UEXT connector? Should I cut the 3v line in uext connector?

Thanks,
Boris

Hey Boris,

The combination you mention is possible. LPC2378-STK and MOD-LCD4.3'' would work together. I remember a colleague of mine used PIC-WEB with the MOD-LCD4.3'' for internal testing sometime ago.

You shouldn't cut the power lines.

Best regards,
Lub/OLIMEX
