Hello,
I'm interested by the A20-LCD 15.6, and I wonder, if I can also buy just the board alone which connects the screen connector with the LCD connector.

I've not seem them for sale on the website but seeing as the design files are on that page and open source, you can download the Eagle files and make your own or make changes and then make your own.
