Title: Error installing OpenOCD JTAG drivers on Win 8.1

On Win 8.1, attempting to install the latest Olimex OpenOCD JTAG driver gives the following error message. Any thoughts on how to get past it?

The hash for the file is not present in the specified catalog file. The file is likely corrupt or the victim of tampering.

Looks like Windows wanting a signed driver (google the text you posted to see).  Try installing it as google posts suggest.
