Title: A20 Debian boot logo / splash screen

The latest A20 Debian images now have the olimex logo shown LCD at boot up. I'd like to change this to my own. Anyone know a simple way to change this. Is it as simple as replacing a bitmap file somewhere?

Know if Olimex used the Uboot or Linux Kernel method?
I have never built either so I have a steep learning curve to go up today.
