Title: Mumble
Post by: otyugh on April 22, 2015, 12:28:20 AM
Hey,
althought I had audacity recording working, and got a sound output from every apps as wanted (mplayer, mpd, clementine...), I can't get/do any sound from/in mumble.

Could anyone give it a try too ? :)

can you listen in mumble other users?
can other users listen to you in mumble?
perhaps you can config output and input devices in mumble, check advanced features in options.

I can't hear anything from the audio wizard of mumble, so I guess input/output just does not work.
I did quite a bunch of search and I really doubt it's ALSA related, everything works but mumble. I've got a impressive bunch of warning about speex_preprocess_ctl that loops.

I found something that might be related on on a rpi case : "The warnings you see is because the Raspberry Pi version doesn't support AGC. The Raspberry Pi version is built for ARM processors and uses fixed point instead of floating point. "
