Hello
  when it operated with our own image, it worked properly after we operated those cards with Olimex image. It seems that something happened on the card.  Then it reset the Olimex image and operated.
 After a while, we tried to start again but it did not operate, and send the same fault as  '' COULD NOT REACH IMAGE'' . We also use Scandisk and Samsung Class 10  -32 GB  SD card.

  do you think it is a software fault?

What Olimex image exactly did you use? Make sure to test with the images from here:

http://images.olimex.com/release/a20/
