I'm having some trouble finding the measurements of the power jack to replace a broken tip. What are the diameters and length of this?

Female connector on board is DC-055, that is visible in the schematic and the BOM.
The Teres-1 requires smaller 3.8mm outside diameter male connector, unlike the rest of our boards that require thicker 5.5mm one. Mainly because of the smaller footprint and the size of the cover cut. Fitting male jack plug is 1.35mm(inside contact diamater)x3.8mm(outside contact diameter)x9.5mm (contact length).
