Hello everyone,
I am having some issues getting an HDMI signal with Debian on my A20-OLinuXino-LIME2. Has anyone had a similar issue?
Here are the steps I have attested:
$ wget https://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/main/installer-armhf/current/images/netboot/SD-card-images/firmware.A20-OLinuXino-Lime2.img.gz
$ wget https://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/main/installer-armhf/current/images/netboot/SD-card-images/partition.img.gz
# zcat firmware.A20-OLinuXino-Lime2.img.gz partition.img.gz > /dev/sdb
Thank you so much for any help you can provide!
Did you first test with the Linux image that we provide and support?

I have problem too, for me works on old FullHD LGbtv and Acer FullHD monitor, but not on 55" TV Philips 4k.
I didn't try to change resolution via script. But I'm curios if lime2 can detect monitor via CEC. There are some lines in the electrical diagram.. But I didn't find and info about.
I'm not an expert.
I Install few days ago then last image, but I didn't have chance to test with Philips 4k.
Thanks a lot.
You can't change the resolution for the HDMI output via the script. The olinuxino-display script is used only to change the video output for LCD displays attached to the LCD connector (displays like LCD-OLinuXino-7RTS).
The issue comes either from the settings of the TV. Or maybe it won't work with such low resolution video input.
