LCD with 0.05" header

Using the 0.1 to 0.05" LIME-UEXT board is messy, also I believe that stray inductance/capacitance from the extra ribbon cable is the cause of some display problems that are written about so often in the forums. I have definitely experienced problems with an LCD10+A10LIME+LIME-UEXT

It would be good if the LCD could be sold with the 0.05 header either as:
1) separate version with 0.05
2) Make all boards with both 0.1 and 0.05
3) Leave  extra pads for the 0.05 header, let the user solder it on themselves if they need it
