MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2 with IRA workbench in WinXP

I have everything loaded with the latest drivers. I connect to the USB JTAG the LED is green and the computer acknowledges the USB connection.  Once I start IAR, connect the target and flash the code the LED goes red blinks a bit and goes green again.  But I do not get the emulator and do not have a connection.

I have another computer with exactly the same setup and it works fine.
