MOD-IO, ESP8266-EVB and Arduino

Hello,
just two words for used the Mod-io Arduino library : we must modified the Mod-io class for can specified the pin SCL and SDA (for ESP8266-EVB SDA = 2 and SCL = 4).
For exemple you surcharge the Begin Method.

After that it's all good
