Hello,

as long as the video playback stucks on linux I want to use android for my device.
Just to make it fit my needs I want to rebuild and customize it.
I've downloaded the SDK from the wiki: https://www.olimex.com/wiki/A20-OLinuXino-MICRO / http://dl.linux-sunxi.org/SDK/A20-SDK-2.0/
But it looks like it is an old android 4.0 version. Is there a newer one?
Could anyone provide further informations how to build images with the sdk?
Please tell me if I've missed something.

The most important reason for building android is to higher up the screen resolution to 720p or 1080p. (like mentioned here: https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=1809.0) If anyone knows a way to do this on android without the need of build an own image I would be happy if you could tell it to me.

Did you find the 4.2.2 source? How Olimex did build there Android 4.2.2 image?

Today I've emailed with Tsvetan from Olimex, he has a newer version of the SDK. I think it will be available for download in the next days.

Hi, any news about Android 4.2.2? There would be so many possibilities with A20-OLinuXino if own Android compiling is possibly.

This morning I've received an email from Tsvetan with the link to the new SDK :)
