MOD-EKG RS232 issue

I bought MOD-EKG. Could not get the RS232 working. Was trying to set up UART comm between MOD-EKG and another uC board. [Not from Olimex]

1) No signal at TX pin of UEXT.
2) Found TX connected to P2.6. Also schematic is wrong. [Shouldn't it be P2.4]

I thought it was my mistake so bought another board, same as above. Also end up buying MOD-CR232.

Any ideas?

Anybody from Olimex reading this?

Please confirm the schematic and comm. I did test 2 boards with same results.
