MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2 and Windows 10

Hi:
I have been search the WEB for an answer and can find none, although a lot of people complain about this:

Just what is the status of using an MSP430-JTAG-TINY-V2 on Windows 10? Here at my desk, I cannot get it to connect, no way, no how.

I have jumped through all of the hoops. I have disabled windows signature checking, ensured that the MSP430.DLL is V2.0.0.7. I have installed the driver and re-installed the drive. What do I have to do to get this thing working??

What software environment and what version did you try to use? Is it Olimex MSP430 programmer software?
