ESP32-POE-MINI

Hello,

I would love a mini version of the ESP32-POE with a smaller PCB footprint.
Compared to the ESP32-POE the mini variant would be without:

• Battery powering capabilities
• MicroSD slot
• UEXT adapter

From my point of view:
Since we have a (stable) Ethernet + POE connection, we don't need the battery powering and the MicroSD slot.
The UEXT ist quite nice, but take a huge portion of the PCB.

Hi again,

I think, even the micro USB port could be omitted.
Most (if not all) have a USB/Serial breakout board to connect with the ESP32.
