I cant find reliable info about the difference.
Some sources say A13 its a cheaper version of A10 (no sata or hdmi) and some say it has no 3D graphics capabilities.

olimex

there are datasheets for both you can compare
A13 have 16 bit RAM data bus, A10 can have 16/32 bit databus
A13 miss SATA, HDMI second camera interface and some other peripherials like direct VGA, TV-in etc + less GPIOs, all other things are same

The linux-sunxi homepage starts with a big comparison table. You can consider that reliable info I think.

SATA and HDMI things are true, 3D is false, A13 has the same MALI400 GPU as A10. A13 can handle less DDR (512M vs 2G). A10 has digital audio interface(SPDIF), A13 has no. There are no more essential differences as far as my knowledge goes, except their prices.

I was confused about hdmi because:

'LCD signals available on connector so you still can use LCD if you diasble VGA/HDMI'

from A13-OLINUXINO-WIFI description

Thanks!
