Hi,

I have played a little bit with the MOD-IO (4 relay) and the RPI .. and yesterday at night, the RPI has burned :/ .. just when I connected the MOD on the RPI ... (via the GPIO/UEXT adapter)..

I don't understand ... The ARM CPU was becoming really hot .. then he die ..

And I have checked the cables, they was correctly plugged in the right sens ..

Someone have advices about how to connect the two together safely ?

Before that I burn the last RPI that I have ... :((((

Regards

Hey didis_be,

You didn't mentioned how you connected the boards. Did you use the ready adapter (https://www.olimex.com/Products/Modules/Adapters/RPi-UEXT/)? Did you draw wires yourself?

Hi,

Yes .. I used this adapter.

Actually, I made some test with another RPI .. and it seems to work.

We will see.

Helllo didis_be,

Probably you have seen this, but I'll link it just in case you've missed it:

https://github.com/OLIMEX/raspberrypi

There are few examples with other boards and RPI.
