Need Help: programming with MSP430-CCRF

Hello all,
Im very new to the MS430 and I have a project due that I plan to use two MSP430 CCRF to communicate to each other. But in order to program it, can you please advice me what programmer/debugger I can use as well as the cable compatible with it. Will the Jtag tiny V2 work or it must be the MSP-FET430UIF.
Can you please also show me a quick tutorial how to debug and flash the demo software downloaded from here: https://www.olimex.com/Products/MSP430/Starter/MSP430-CCRF/
