GPIO still powered after shutdown

After i shutdown my A20 Lime, i still can use the supply of the batterie at the GPIO Pins.
I can messure round about 4V at the 5V pin. I think its not the required behavior and u should messure 0V at this state.

I want so use an external subsystem which should powered when the A20 is powered as well.
At the moment the subsystem is running the whole time and discharge the battery till the end.

So pls give me a short answer if im wrong
otherwise u can take it as Bugreport.
