Hi, what would be the correct type of Olimex touch screen for STMP157-OLinuXino-LIME2?

LCD-OLinuXino-7CTS or LCD-OLinuXino-10CTS, both are supported in the Linux images:

Notice that you also need cable:

For the 10 inch display you might need separate power supply adapter since it draws 1W and more of power.
